MailPort Account

MailPort is a service to send communications on Facebook Messenger. Besides Facebook's responsibility to protect your privacy, it is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://mailport.io.

  • OAuth Token: to authentificate you.
  • List of Facebook Pages: required for the usage of our service.
  • Page access token: to connect your page to MailPort.
  • Page ID: to identify your page.
  • Page Profile Picture: to improve your user experience.
Subscriber Data from Facebook's API
  • Sender ID: to send messages using the Facebook's API.
  • Name: to improve user experience.
  • Gender: for segmentation purpose.
  • Locale: for segmentation purpose.
  • Timezone: for segmentation purpose.
  • Subscription date: for segmentation purpose.
  • Profile picture: to improve user experience.

3. Data Portability

You can request an archive of the data we have stored about you. To file for such a request please submit a data export request via hello@mailport.io.

4. Account Termination

You have the option to delete your personal data. To do so, please login and delete your account in the Settings section.

5. 3rd Party Services

In order to provide certain features we rely on 3rd party services. We don’t share your personal information with 3rd Party Services without prior notice or other than stated here.

Google Analytics

In order to build a better image of how our users are interacting with MailPort, we use Google Analytics to track how people use our Service. We do not transmit personal data to Google Analytics. You can review Google's Privacy Policy here.

Google Firebase

MailPort's server and database is hosted on Google Firebase. You can review Google's Privacy Policy here.

6. GDPR

If you wish to access, update/correct or request deletion of your personal data, you can do so here or by contacting us. You can always object to processing the of your personal data, please ask us to restrict processing of your personal data or request a data export. Again, you can do so here or by contacting us.
